Veterinary nurses

Jody has worked in the Veterinary setting since 2014. She became a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2014 and worked up to Head Nurse at Beech House. She has recently become Practice Director and is enjoying a new challenge.

In her spare time Jody enjoys scenic walks with her young son and Labrador Honey.

Mandy has been working at Beech House Vets since it opened in 2011. She has also completed a course on canine and feline nutrition. Mandy says that each day in practice is completely different to the next which is one of the reasons she loves her job so much. Mandy currently has three rescue dogs: two chihuahuas called Minnie and Mouse and a Doberman called Dave.

Kirsty joined Beech House in 2016. Her favourite part of the job is interacting the patients and their owners. Outside of work she is a Mum of a little girl and has a cat called Izzy and a pony called Rosie. In her spare time she enjoys adrenaline sports.

Mille joined Beech House in 2020 having worked as an animal care assistant for 2 years previously. Millie plans to study to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. In her spare time she enjoys walks with her dog.

Alicia joined Beech House in November 2020 and recently completed a degree at Manchester Metropolitan University studying animal behaviour. Alicia previously volunteered for a wildlife centre in Norfolk, allowing her to work with seals, swans, badgers, foxes and hedgehogs. At home she has a dog called Martha, and they love going on walks around the local reservoirs.

Ellen has been working as an animal care assistant for over eight years and has recently joined Beech House Vets. She has a keen interest in exotics and’ small furries. Out of work she enjoys reading and walking and spending time with her cat Heidi and two rabbits.

Charley is an apprentice working towards her RVN qualification. In practice she likes post anaesthetic care. At home she has a Yorkshire Terrier called George. In her spare time she is mostly studying and enjoys spending time with her family.
